The special meeting rate is $419 plus tax (currently 11.5%). A discounted daily resort fee of $20 is included in the special meeting room rate.

Reservations must be made by February 19, 2026 to receive the special meeting rate. Only a certain number of rooms are available at this rate and are available on a first-come, first served basis. Once ACG’s room block is sold out, the hotel may charge a higher rate for any additional rooms made available. All reservations require a deposit of one night’s room and tax. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged one night’s room and tax.

A daily Resort Fee of $20 plus tax is included in the special meeting room rate, and provides the following guest amenities: basic wired and wireless high-speed internet access in guest rooms, two bottles of water each day in your guestroom, unlimited local telephone calls from your guestroom, rock climbing wall, 24-hour fitness center access, and golf bag storage.
