CDC: Large, multistate Salmonella outbreak linked to onions

A large Salmonella outbreak involving 652 cases in 37 states has been linked to whole red, white and yellow onions imported from Chihuahua, Mexico, the CDC reported.Of the 652 cases, there have been 129 hospitalizations.According to the CDC, the onions were distributed by ProSource Inc.
