2018-2019 FMA Delegates Selected to Represent the FGS

We are excited to announce that the FGS will be represented by four delegates to the Florida Medical Association (FMA) for the 2018-2019 season.

Our delegation will consist of the following physicians to represent Florida Gastroenterology on FMA legislative and public policy initiatives.

David Becker, M.D.: Practicing Gastroenterologist for Gastro Florida. Also, a previous FGS President and previous Past President to the FMA.

Jodie Barkin, M.D.: Practicing Gastroenterologist for the University of Miami

Ashley Canipe, M.D.: Practicing Gastroenterologist for the Indian River Medical Center

Pushpak Taunk, M.D.: Practicing Gastroenterologist for University of South Florida

We are excited to be represented by these energetic and passionate individuals and look forward to the great work they will accomplish over the next political session.
